'Forget me not'

I really love this painting! 

This painting is made on 

a Hahnemühle watercolour postcard. 

The flowers are painted with watercolour pencils, 

the 'Albrecht Dürer' line by Faber-Castell.

Those are some really amazing tools to use! 

I really love the fact that 

now i have access to those tools!

So, what do you think of my 'Forget me not'?

'The Crane'

This painting was more of a experiment.

The Crane was sketched with ink.

Then i made everything wet

and i left the ink to create the shadows. 

I painted it afterwards.

This was an interesting technique, 

but it takes the right tools. 

So this is not for me right now... 

But it was fun painting this picture! 

So, what do you think???

'Goldfishes'

I always wanted a Goldfish... 

Looks like now i have two!!! :-P 

My Goldfishes are painted 

on Hahnemühle 250gr aquarelle paper

with Lukas watercolours. 

I also used some metalic watercolours 

but i am not very happy with them. 

What do you think???

'Lilacs'

Now, you know how much i love Lilacs.

This is an effort of mine 

to paint Lilacs with watercolours. 

The painting is not as good as i wanted it to be, 

but it is not really that bad, is it?
