Colourful braids wrist warmers

I really love this colourful yarn. 

I had it on the shelf for weeks but i didn't know 

what i could do with it. 

When i had the chance i bought some more and i made these :-) 

This yarn is a little more thick than the others i have used so far. 

It was a little more hard to knit it but it worths it. 

The wrist warmers fit on the hands much better 

and they are much warmer!

"Stuck in the chimney" mug

This is another Christmas mug. I made this today. 

It's painted with acrylics, since i didn't made to find paints for glass. 

Crafting is not that famous in my country :-(

This is the front of the mug. 

The back is a little more funny (i think).

Fuschia braids wrist warmers

That's a strong colour. 

These wrist warmers were a request of my mom. 

I don't really think she is going to wear them, 

but i made them anyway :-)

Silver Angel

This Angel is approximately 17 cm tall and 11 cm wide. 

It is completely made of yarn dipped in glue. 

I used pins to make the shape and spent the yarn all around them. 

There is a picture with instructions. 

Just remember that you have to remove your pins (or nails or whatever you think would be better to use) before the yarn would dry completely. If the glue dries, it would be really hard to detach the pins from the yarn. 

This Angel still has a pin tangled in the yarn. 

I couldn't get it out. I cut it, so nobody will get injured because of it, but it's still there.

Lilac braids wrist warmers

I think I said before that purples and lilacs 

are my favourite colours. 

All the purple and lilac wrist warmers I made until now 

have been given. 

So, i made these for me... and I love them!!!

Tree candle holder (work in progress)

This is something i always wanted to try. 

It sure has mistakes but that's how it always happens 

with my first efforts. 

It would look better when it'll be coloured.

Red braids wrist warmers

Red, of course! 

Because red is the colour of the season!!!

Blue braids wrist warmers

This time the braids are a little bigger (two loops bigger) 

and they are in the middle of the wrist warmers  :-D 

I made it!!! 

Plus, i knitted thumbs!

Mistletoe mug

This is a Christmas mug. 

It seems that it would look better if the mug was not white. 

I'll know better next time!

Light blue braids wrist warmers

So... i learned how to knit braids. 

I know it is really nothing to those who knit a lot 

but i learned this myself (nobody taught me) 

so i am very proud of myself  :-P  

What do you think???

I know, the braids are not in the middle. 

I didn't count the loops very well. 

But that was my first time trying something like this. 

The next pair i made is much better :-)
