Dressed bottle decoration

This might not seem like art on glass or whatever... 

Yet, this is a glass bottle. It is dressed with yarn. 

I found this construction in the internet and i really liked it. 

It is a very beautiful way to decorate the house. 

Plus, it is a very good way to use my yarn leftovers :-D

So... what do you think???

I made a black and grey woollen pouch this time.
Black is always a good idea. It fits with nearly everything.
And grey is pretty good too :-)

"Cherry blossoms"

Spring is finally here.
I love Spring colours. They are so bright and vigorous.
So I decided to paint on a whisky glass today.
And since i live in the countryside 

and I can see the trees blossoming,
I tried to paint cherry blossoms :-)
So... what do you think???

You might have noticed that i don't use 

the brown colour that much, at least not for woollen things. 

I usually save the brown yarn to make hair for my dolls :-P
I thought that these colours 

would be an interesting combination. 

I can't say i liked it very much.

"In the moonlight"

I had the intention of painting two birds 

sitting on the branch watching the moonlight. 

I had owls in my mind. 

When i finished the painting i realised that my "birds" 

were looking a lot like cats... at least their heads were :-P 

I wanted to fix it, but then my little sister came in 

and saw the painting. 

"That's mine" she said "I like it as it is". 

I never say no to my little sister :-P

Easter Candle code 037

I made this Easter Candle for my cousin. 

I didn't know what she wanted 

so i placed all the crafting material in front of her 

and she chose what she wanted. 

I like making this kind of Easter Candles. 

It's a little easier to get burned 
with the hot glue while making them 

but they worth it. 

Still, i believe it would look better if the candle was coloured.

I made this Easter Candle for my little sister. 

She asked for a painted candle. 

She chose the design and the colour. 

This Easter candle can be made with any kind of colour. 

It's distinctive and beautiful :-)

something like a tradition during Easter.
I made this particular one by myself.
It's made of felt and stitched completely on hand 

(just like everything i make) :-)
